It is part of an integrated approach called PCM (Project Cycle Management) issued in 1993 by the European Commission as a standard of quality in programming, mananagement and evaluation of complex interventions. |
We have our own measuring instruments. These devices are particularly suited to perform flow measurements of mountain streams and small rivers. With them we can get a very good accuracy in the measurement of water flow rate. |
